The Product
What makes the suē towel different?
Three things: a TPU magnetic hook with a neodymium core that attaches to the bench or any metal bar, a hidden pocket with a suede-touch lining measuring 18x14 cm to store keys, mobile, or headphones, and a 550 GSM combed cotton fabric that improves with each wash. It's not luxury for luxury's sake. It's design for a better practice.
What material is it made of?
100% combed cotton, 550 GSM double-loop terry knit. Pre-washed for dimensional stability. No synthetic filling, no artificial finishes.
What are the measurements?
40x100 cm with a tolerance of ±1 cm. Approximate weight: 220–230 g.
How does the magnetic hook work?
The hook is integrated into the upper left corner of the towel. Its TPU casing houses a neodymium magnet that attaches to any metallic surface — rack bar, bench, machine. One hand. No clips, no knots.
Is the pocket scratch-resistant?
Yes. The interior lining is suede-touch, designed so that keys or headphones do not scratch the phone screen. The zipper is tone-matched — discreet and functional.
Does the logo withstand washing?
Yes. The logo is heat-pressed with 1.5–2 mm tone-on-tone relief — part of the fabric, not an external screen print. It does not deteriorate with washing.
Is it available in more colors?
For now, only Sand (Pantone P 179-2 U) and Charcoal (Pantone P 179-16 U). Production at 50% each. If a color is out of stock, you can sign up for the waiting list on the product page.

BLOCK 2 — ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders & Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Bizum, Shop Pay, and Klarna (interest-free payment in 3 installments).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, the order goes into preparation and it is not possible to modify it. Write to us at hello@suestudio.es as soon as possible.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the payment is processed, and a second email with the tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.

BLOCK 3 — SHIPPING
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Peninsular Spain: 3–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (express). Balearic Islands: 5–7 business days. Europe: 5–8 business days depending on destination.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on orders over €55 to peninsular Spain.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your towel leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, we ship to all of the European Union. Exact costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

BLOCK 4 — RETURNS
Returns
What is the return policy?
30 days from receipt of the order. The towel must be unused and in its original condition. If something is not right, write to us at hello@suestudio.es and we will manage the process without complications.
Is the refund full?
Yes. Full refund of the product amount. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
What do I do if I receive a defective towel?
Write to us at hello@suestudio.es with a photo of the defect and your order number. We manage the exchange or refund at no additional cost within 48 hours.

BLOCK 5 — PRODUCT CARE
Product Care
How should I wash the towel?
Machine wash at 40°C. With similar colors. No fabric softener — fabric softener coats the fibers and reduces absorbency over time. No tumble drying. Reshape when wet and dry flat or hung.
Does it really improve with use?
Yes. Pre-washed combed cotton gains softness and absorbency with each wash cycle. It is a characteristic of the material, not a marketing claim.
Does the logo withstand washing and continued use?
Yes. The 1.5–2 mm heat-pressed relief is permanent — part of the fabric, not a surface layer. Wash normally.
